Hi, I got a old school frame road bike and I want to convert to a fixie.
This bike has got a pair of quando wheels and is it possible to convert the quando hub to fixed gear? I don’t mind it to be ugly as I want to keep my budget minimal.
    Thanks!

And I am going to get a 21t rear cog, so for the cranks, how many teeth do you recommend.

Hi Brandon, if its a normal cassette hub, there is no way to convert. Surly does a fixxer kit but we have found that to be better for freewheel than fixed. Best you get a proper rear track hub.

        Hello.

I’ve gotten a fixed rear wheel. And do I need to change the front wheel or I can just use my old front wheel. For the cranks, mine is double speed, can I remove the one with more teeth? like in this video

Hi Brandon, you can use your existing front wheel. You can still use ONE of your front chainring, but it will depend on the gear ratio you need for the type of riding you want to do.
